Fabulous Weald Fete Raises Vital Funds for the School
On Saturday 22nd June, the community came together on the Village Green to enjoy a fun-filled Country Fair. Morris Dancers and the Performing Arts children were well received attractions in the central arena whilst surrounding features included a tea tent, bar, barbecue, welly throwing, target football, tombolas, plant stalls, ice cream parlour, silent auction, coconut shy and so much more. The atmosphere was joyous and the sun shone all afternoon, hopefully encouraging people to spend more.
We are most grateful to Angelique and Jo and the entire organising committee and helpers who worked tirelessly to make the day a wonderful success.
